Nisa Estate Planning
These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at nisa-ep.com and its subdomains (the "Site"), including our online enquiry forms, the Clarity Quiz and our appointment booking pages. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Site.
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Nisa Estate Planning Ltd, and "you" and "your" mean the person accessing or using the Site.
These Terms of Service relate to your use of the Site only. They are separate from our Terms of Business, which govern any estate planning services we agree to provide to you.
If you instruct us, you will be provided with our Terms of Business, a written summary of the services to be delivered and the fees payable, and any applicable cancellation rights. Those documents, and not this page, govern the delivery of our services. Where there is any conflict between this page and our Terms of Business in relation to services provided to you, our Terms of Business will prevail.
Everything on this Site is general information only. It is not legal, tax or financial advice, and it must not be relied upon as advice specific to your circumstances.
Estate planning outcomes depend on individual circumstances, on the assets and family arrangements involved, and on law and tax rules that change over time. Nothing on the Site creates a client relationship between you and us, and no client relationship arises until we have confirmed in writing that we are acting for you and our Terms of Business have been accepted.
We take care to keep the information on the Site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date at any given time. Any figures, thresholds, timescales or examples given are illustrative and may change.
The Site is intended for individuals in the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over. Our estate planning services are provided in respect of England and Wales. If you are outside England and Wales, or your estate includes assets or arrangements governed by another jurisdiction, different rules may apply and you should seek advice in the relevant jurisdiction.
The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Prices shown on the Site are indicative, apply to the specific plan or service described, and are subject to change. The price that applies to you is the price set out in the written quotation, order summary or Terms of Business provided to you before you instruct us.
Prices exclude any third-party disbursements, court fees or registration fees unless expressly stated otherwise. Where such costs apply, we will tell you about them before you commit.
Submitting an enquiry, completing the Clarity Quiz or booking a consultation does not create a contract for services and does not oblige either of us to proceed.
Consultations, including Clarity Calls, are offered without charge and without obligation. We may need to reschedule or decline an appointment, for example where the matter falls outside the services we provide.
You agree that any information you give us through the Site is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We rely on that information when preparing recommendations, and inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the suitability of what we propose.
We may record and transcribe consultations for training and quality purposes. You will be told at the time and may ask us not to record. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or withdraw access to the Site to any person who breaches these terms.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, layout, logos, guides and downloadable materials, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
You may view, download and print content from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. All other use, including copying, adaptation, distribution or publication, requires our prior written consent.
"Nisa Estate Planning" and our logo are our trade marks and may not be used without our permission.
The Site may link to third-party websites, forms, booking tools or payment providers. Those links are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, security or terms of third-party sites and services, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
We aim to keep the Site available but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or free from viruses. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or any part of the Site without notice.
You are responsible for ensuring that the devices and connection you use to access the Site are suitable and secure.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to that, we are not liable to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from reliance on any content on it. In particular we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, or any indirect or consequential loss.
Our liability in connection with any services we agree to provide to you is dealt with in our Terms of Business, and not on this page.
If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Our use of your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in the same policy, and you can manage your preferences using the cookie settings on the Site.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our Site or our service, please contact us at [email protected] or on 0808 502 2786 and we will look into it. If your complaint relates to services we have provided, our Terms of Business set out our complaints procedure in full.
We may amend these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the Site is the version that applies. Please check this page periodically, as continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
These terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your home courts.
